摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-bonded thin film solar cell which is high in the optical confinement effect and has a stable photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-bonded thin film solar cell 20 is constituted by laminating a glass substrate 11a, a roughened surface layer 11b, an amorphous silicon photoelectric conversion layer 12, an intermediate layer 13, a crystalline silicon photoelectric conversion layer 14, a rear reflective layer 15, and a rear electrode 16 in this order. A square mean value to show the heights of roughness of the surface of the layer 13 is set in the range of 25 to 600 nm. When the angle of inclination of the roughened surface of the layer 13 to the mean oval of the roughness of the surface of the layer 13 is assumed to beΘ, the value of tanΘis set in the range of 0.07 to 0.20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
