<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically update a medical examination schedule to smoothly proceed with medical examination even with a change in the medical examination schedule. <P>SOLUTION: An HDD 24 stores a medical examination schedule DB 24a registering medical examination schedules for every medical examination day of each physician prepared based on medical examination reservations. A determining part 21a compares the medical examination schedule of the physician with the actual medical examination progress situation at the timing of completing the medical examination of each patient, and determines whether there is a difference not less than a predetermined time. A schedule updating section 21b changes the medical examination time per patient and the medical examination end time for rescheduling when there is the difference not less than the predetermined time.
