PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily record data when recording the data of a plurality of recording media in the recording medium of a recording destination and to easily manage the data recorded in the recording medium of the recording destination. SOLUTION: The data recorder is provided with a system controller 11 for reproducing the data recorded in a plurality of CDs and MDs and a system controller 11 for recording the data reproduced by the system controller 11 in the same folder inside an HDD 14 altogether.
