PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatial multiplexing slot allocation technique for improving user's convenience by surely accepting all connection requests without rejecting them, and performing a radio resource allocation in consideration of radio resources of an entire system. SOLUTION: The adaptive array base station includes: a reception unit (111) for receiving connection requests transmitted from terminals; a transmission unit (114) for transmitting, to each of the terminals, a retry request requesting each of the terminals transmitting a connection request received by the reception unit to retry the connection request after the lapse of a predetermined time; a reservation control unit (122) which refers to an allocation control table (124) indicating the situation of radio resource allocation within the present station on the basis of the connection requests transmitted from the terminals, and reserves the radio resource allocation for each terminal within the predetermined time; and allocation control units (125, 113) for performing allocation control on the terminals using the reserved radio resource allocation after the reception unit receives the retry requests transmitted from the terminals after the lapse of the predetermined time.
