PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide open/close structure of a cellular phone having both of a fold-up function and a slide function, whose shape is selected according to use conditions and operability is successful, and the cellular phone using the same. SOLUTION: The open/close structure of the cellular phone has: a first chassis part 2 in which at least operation keys are arranged; a second chassis part 3 which can be overlapped on the first chassis part 2 and in which at least a display part is arranged; a pair of connection members arranged over the first chassis part 2 and the second chassis part 3; a pair of shanks which rotatably support the second chassis part 3 via the pair of connection members 4; a pair of groove parts 7 installed on both sides of the first chassis part 2 and a pair of slide parts 6 which can slide the pair of groove parts 7 and is provided on the pair of connection parts 4.
