PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator, the resonance frequency of which can be easily adjusted by minutely adjusting the distance between a loop and an internal conductor. SOLUTION: The resonator is composed of an external case 1 which has a function as an external conductor that is a main component part, two cylinder-shaped internal conductors 2 which are arranged within the external case 1, and two loops 3 which are formed with metallic thin strips. On a side 25 of the external case 1 opposing to the loops 3, an opening 5 that is provided with a screw groove 28 is provided, and the screw groove is provided in the whole of an axis part 29 of an item 6. When the item 6 penetrates the opening 5, the screw groove 28 and the screw groove of the axis part 29 are engaged, and the item 6 minutely adjusts a distance 4 through a pitch between the screw groove 28 and the screw groove of the axis part 29 to minutely adjust the resonance frequency.
