PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impress a stamp of completion on a front side of a document twice to determine a rear side to have been transmitted or to impress the stamp of completion on the front side and then impress the stamp of completion on the rear side after inversion, in a device capable of simultaneously reading both sides of the document and transmitting the front side and the rear side in order. SOLUTION: In a transmitter which has a both-side simultaneous reading means and has a stamp 313 of completion installed for only one side, the stamp of completion is impressed twice in response to simultaneous read of both sides to inform that transmission of both sides has been completed. An operation part picture allowing selection between impressing the stamp 313 on only one side regardless of both-side simultaneous read and impressing the stamp 313 on one side during both-side simultaneous read and then impressing the stamp 313 on the other side after inversion of the document is outputted before both-side simultaneous read, so that a user can select either.
