PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web access relay interactively accessing a web page by using e-mail. SOLUTION: The web access relay 100 for relaying an access to an arbitrary web page is provided with: an access request receiving part 101 for receiving an access request mail for requesting an access to the web page and extracting information indicating a site to be accessed from the web page; a web data acquisition part 102 for accessing the web page based on the information indicating the access destination and acquiring web data; a web data conversion part 103 for converting the web data into a form which can be transmitted by e-mail; and a web data transmission part 105 for transmitting the web data converted by the web data conversion part 103 to a sender of the access request mail by e-mail.
