PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water repellent oil repellent antifouling glass plate having improved durability such as wear resistance and weather resistance, improved water sliding property and antifouling property, a method of manufacturing the same and vehicles and buildings using the same. SOLUTION: The water repellent oil repellent antifouling glass plate 10 is manufactured by forming a water repellent oil repellent antifouling coating film 8 on the surface of a fine particle fused glass base material 7 obtained by applying a fine particle dispersed solution in which transparent fine particles 4 are dispersed on the surface of the glass base material 5, drying and heat-treating in an oxygen-containing atmosphere.
