PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure of a concrete structure connection part capable of being easily molded as the integral structure and ensuring large strength for fixing to a concrete structure and to provide a sealing material for water cut-off used in it. SOLUTION: A cut-out part 12a is formed on an inner side of an end face 11 of the connection part of mutually opposing concrete structures 1, 1 to form a mounting ditch 12 for mounting the sealing material 20 for water cut-off. The sealing material 20 for water cut-off made of flexible rubber or plastic to be mounted in this mounting ditch 12 is constituted by connecting a pair of side face pressing parts 21 whose outer side faces are pressed against a side face of the mounting ditch 12 and which have a hollow part with an opening blocking part 22 which connects the pair of these side face pressing parts mutually, is pressed against the side face of the mounting ditch 12 to block an inner side opening, and has a hollow part in a substantially V-shape. Consequently, an interval between V-shaped tip sides of the pair of side face pressing parts 21, 21 is narrowed to generate compression reaction force and mount in the mounting ditch 12 so that large fixing strength can be ensured together with the hollow part and the sealing material 20 for water cut-off can be integrally molded.
