PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition-curable silicone rubber adhesive composition which, in spite of containing a hydrolysis catalyst, retains curing stability and heat stability in a cured form and develops good adhesion even to hard-to-bond resins. SOLUTION: The addition-curable silicone rubber adhesive composition is one comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane having two or more Si-bonded alkenyl groups, (B) an inorganic filler, (C) an alkoxysilane, (D) a hydrolysis catalyst selected from among a titanium compound, a zirconium compound, and an aluminum compound, (E) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, (F) a cure regulator, and (G) a platinum metal compound and prepared by being mixed in a state containing components (A) to (D) and not containing component (G) at 0-200°C at normal to reduced pressure and being mixed further with component (G) and the remaining components at 0-60°C at normal to reduced pressure.
