PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing agent composition for dish washers which accelerates drying of dishes and enables the reduction of water spots. SOLUTION: The finishing agent composition for dish washers comprises a polymer compound having (a) a monomer unit having one or more kinds of groups selected from an amino group and a quaternary ammonium group and (b) a monomer unit represented by the formula -SO<SB>2</SB>- in the molecule, wherein the composition contains the monomer unit (a) in an amount of 10-99 mol%, based on total monomer units and has 0.01-1 molar ratio of the monomer unit (b)/the monomer unit (a).
