PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic coating capable of forming an antistatic coating film that has low wettability and exhibits antistaticity with little moisture-dependence, and to provide an antistatic coating film that has low wettability and exhibits antistaticity with little moisture-dependence. SOLUTION: The antistatic coating comprises aπ-conjugated electroconductive polymer, a dopant, a silicone-modified resin, water and an organic solvent and has a water content of 0.05-15 mass%. Preferably, the silicone-modified resin is a silicone-modified acrylic resin. The antistatic coating film is formed by application of the antistatic coating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
