A system and a method for making a plurality of distributed plans in a container terminal are provided to shorten a loading/unloading planning time of a container vessel by enabling a plurality of planners to perform loading/unloading processes of the container vessel at the same time and improve planning quality by increasing planning concentration. A database stores information of container vessels arriving/leaving a container terminal, loading/unloading plan information of the container vessels, and the information of planners performing the loading/unloading plan of the container vessel. A server system(100) supports a loading/unloading area distributing algorithm for distributing loading/unloading areas to the container vessel, performs cross-monitoring of a loading/unloading status, and manages the loading/unloading plan of the container vessel based on a client management function. A client system(200) comprising a master planner side client system(202) and a plurality of slave client systems(204) forms a multi-tier architecture. The server system includes a distributed work controlling and managing unit, a shared object module, a channel manager, and a client version manager. |
