摘要 A level control system for evaporation and concentration of a corrosive acid solution is provided to improve efficiency of the material separating process by automatically controlling a process of evaporating and concentrating a highly corrosive acid solution sample using a level recognizing and automatic power cutoff controlling system. A level control system for evaporation and concentration of a corrosive acid solution comprises: a support; a solution evaporator(9) which is installed on a lower part of a front face of the support, and which has a temperature controller is attached thereto; a detector height-adjusting step motor(11) installed on a top part of the support; a level detector including a photosensor consisting of an IR photosensor floodlight(1) and an IR photosensor light receiver(2) connected to the detector height-adjusting step motor by a detector supporting rod and a step motor moving guide(12); a level-measuring laser beam generator(10) installed on an end portion of the IR photosensor light receiver to measure a level of a solution; an automatic power supply controller(3) installed on a backside of the level detector to control supply of a power source and set a position of the detector; an evaporator power supply part(4) for connecting a plug of the evaporator attached to one end of the automatic power supply controller; a total power on/off switch(5) attached to one side of the evaporator power supply part; a level detector height adjusting button(6) attached to the other side of the evaporator power supply part; a laser beam generating button(7) installed on the other side of the total power on/off switch to generate a laser beam; and a total power supply plug(8) installed on a backside of the automatic power supply controller.
