摘要 A high speed-optical monitoring system is provided to uniformly form space-time physical quantity by feedback-controlling a subject source with a subject generation controller based on digitalized space-time information of the subjects. A subject source support unit(10) supports at least one subject source(11) for generating at least one subject(5). An image obtaining device(20) monitors and photographs the subject at an arranged position. A polygon mirror(30) and a focus compensating lens(40) transmit an image of the subject to the image obtaining device through change of an optical path while fixing the subject and the image obtaining device. An illumination device(70) illuminates the subject. An image processing unit(50) processes a digital image photographed by the image obtaining device into data. A system control unit(60) controls drive of the subject source, the image obtaining device, the polygon mirror, and the illumination device.
