<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the productivity of a module including a phase plate can not be improved since it is needed to accurately stipulate the diameter of the phase plate. <P>SOLUTION: The lens module LM1 comprises an objective lens 3, the phase plate 2 having a structure in a concentric circle shape, and a cylinder part 4 for holding the objective lens 3 and the phase plate 2 so that optical axes of both practically match. By fitting a first fitting part provided on the outer peripheral part of the phase plate 2 and a second fitting part provided on the cylinder part 4, the phase plate 2 and the cylinder part 4 are positioned. One of the first fitting part and the second fitting part is a projection part 5 projected along the optical axis of the phase plate, and the other is a recessed part 6 to be fitted with the projection part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
