PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road-vehicle communication determination system determining adequacy of road-vehicle communication, its method, an on-vehicle device used for the same, and an optical beacon.

SOLUTION: The road-vehicle communication determination system comprises a control part 7a generating measured information 70 on the receiving state of up-link information 40 when receiving the up-link information 40 continuously transmitted in a predetermined cycle from the on-vehicle device 2, and a determining part 7b determining adequacy of present road-vehicle communication based on the measured information 70.
