PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage excellent in flavor through suppressing flavor deterioration caused by heating without elimination of components falling within beverage solution.

SOLUTION: The method for producing a beverage comprises a first process of subjecting untreated solution to filter sterilization to obtain filter-sterilized penetrated components and non-penetrated components, a second process of heat sterilization of the non-penetrated components, and a third process of mixing the heat-sterilized non-penetrated components with the penetrated components.
