PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving control system capable of highly reliably and surely controlling the entering/leaving of a control object person to a specific area.

SOLUTION: This entering/leaving control system controls the entering/leaving of the control object person H to an entrance limiting area (the specific area) A of limiting the entering/leaving of a person, and has a rotary gate machine 11 arranged in an entering/leaving port of the specific area, a signal receiving means 30 receiving a oneself-other identification signal on the control object person transmitted from a passive RFID tag 55 imparted to the control object person, a control gate system 10 having two gate sensors arranged in a predetermined position to the rotary gate machine, and a control device 50 controlling the entering/leaving of the control object person to the specific area based on a detecting signal from the control gate system. The signal receiving means has a communicable range of a size of receiving the oneself-other identification signal on the control object person only when the control object person exists in the rotary gate machine.
