<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil for internal combustion engine for preventing a short-circuit by infiltration of water, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A coil-iron core assembly storing part 2 and a module storing part 3 are provided within an insulated case 1 wherein the upper surface 1a is opened. The coil-iron core assembly is stored in the coil-iron core assembly storing part 2. A switching module body 31 is stored in a module storing part 3, in such a manner that a surface of the switching module body 31 includes a connector lead 31a, electrically connected to a primary coil of the coil-iron core assembly, is positioned in the bottom surface side in the opposite side of the opened upper surface 1a of the insulated case 1. Moreover, insulating resin is injected into the interior of the insulated case 1, and the resin is hardened; and the coil-iron core assembly and the switching module body 31 are fixed within the insulated case 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
