<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor having superior responsiveness, capable of eliminating dynamic offsets. <P>SOLUTION: The method of eliminating offset includes steps, wherein a first Hall element is actuated by constant-current power source, and a first low-pass component signal that contains the offset is extracted from the first sensor signal by the low-pass filter; while by subtracting the first low-pass component signal from the first sensor signal, the first signal is extracted. A second Hall element is fed from an electric power source, while the polarity is changed; and the second signal with the offset eliminated from the second sensor signal which is outputted from the second Hall element is extracted, and the first signal and the second signal are combined and the output signal is generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
