摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a melt-bonding member for obtaining a new-generation melt-bonding apparatus having improved longevity and generating little roll defect by edge attrition. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises a process (step 20) of disperse-mixing to make a composite by extruding nano-prticles and at least a polymer including a monomer repeating unit of vinylidene fluoride, which is the process of disperse-mixing to disperse substantially uniformly the nano-particles in the composite without agglomerating, a process (step 30) of dispersing the composite into an effective solvent to make a suspension, a process (step 90) of coating the melt-bonding member with the suspension, a process (step 100) of evaporating the solvent, and a process (110) of hardening the coating on the melt-bonding member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
