PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for oral cavity, having high antibacterial effect against oral biofilm, exhibiting excellent effect for reducing and preventing oral diseases such as dental caries, periodontosis and halitosis, and having reduced bitter taste and disagreeable taste. SOLUTION: The invention provides a composition for oral cavity containing (A) an alkyldiaminoethylglycine hydrochloride, (B) an N-coconut oil fatty acid acyl-L-arginine ethyl DL-pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid salt and (C) raffinose, wherein the mass ratio of the component C to the sum of the components A and B is≥1, and the above composition for oral cavity further containing (D) a polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil having an average addition molar number of ethylene oxide of 60-100 mol. The composition has high effect to suppress the oral cavity biofilm causing oral cavity diseases, exhibits excellent effect for reducing and preventing oral diseases such as gingivitis, periodontosis, dental caries and halitosis, having reduced bitter taste and disagreeable taste and giving good feeling in use.
