PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processor, and an information processing program, in which data managed by a public DB 11 are customized for use by using a private DB 12. SOLUTION: When a manager or general user transmits a retrieval request to the public DB 11, a DB interface 10 instructs a retrieval based on this request to the public DB 11. As a result of retrieval, corresponding data and DB association information corresponding to the data are returned to the DB interface 10. The DB interface 10 then instructs a retrieval based on the returned DB association information to the private DB 12. After completion of the retrieval, the interface 10 adds (or overwrites) data obtained from the private DB 12 to or on data obtained from the public DB 11, and returns the resulting data to the manager or general user as a retrieval request result.
