PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application server 10 which can recover from performance degradation of some programs when a load of processing the programs composing a plurality of services increases, without stopping the programs to disable the whole service as far as possible. SOLUTION: When the program performance is degraded, the application server 10 sets handling processing for stopping execution of a program which uses data output from another program as input. As for a program using data output from a plurality of other programs performing processing necessary for a different service as input, the application server 10 stops a program satisfying a predetermined condition among a plurality of other programs to supply data to the program, or sets handling processing so as to take measures set in the program.
