PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect an rotating angle while eliminating eccentricity relative to an axis on which the angle is detected. SOLUTION: This driving module comprises a motor 2 for outputting rotation driving force via a driving rotating shaft 2A, a driving belt 25 for transmitting the rotation driving force from the motor 2, an idle pulley 80 arranged in parallel to the driving rotating shaft of the motor 2 and adapted to be rotated with the rotation driving force while receiving the tensile force of the driving belt 25, and a rotary encoder 3 having a driven rotating shaft 3A arranged in parallel to the driving rotating shaft 2A between an idle pulley shaft 81 of the idle pulley 80 and the driving rotating shaft 2A of the motor 2 for detecting the rotating angle with the rotation driving force transmitted to the driven rotating shaft 3A without giving the tensile force of the driving belt 25 to the driven rotating shaft 3A.
