PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic micro bearing which can reduce cost with light weight and small size, and long durability. SOLUTION: The bearing is integrally formed by an injection of plastic material, and includes a shaft hole 11 and projection annular connecting portions 12 formed along the periphery from both sides of the shaft hole 11 to the inside. The outer edge surface of the connecting portion 12 is profiled in an arc face, and the arc face edges are located on the same plane, furthermore, an articulation annulus 13 is formed. A plane in which the articulation annulus 13 is located and the central axis line of the shaft hole 11 are crossed perpendicularly, and the central point of the articulation annulus 13 is located on the central axis line of the shaft hole 11. A recessed groove 14 in which oil is accumulated is formed between the two connecting portions 12. A bearing 10 can be miniaturized, thereby being employed to an ultrasmall fan, furthermore, and oil leakage cannot happen easily, thereby extending a product life. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
