PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal fan device which simultaneously provides reduction of fan noise and abnormal noise and increase of air quantity by reducing air duct resistance at an outside of a suction region, smoothly merging parallel flow of air on a surface of a blade part, and smoothly flowing air in a centrifugal direction, and an electronic apparatus having the same. SOLUTION: A centrifugal fan 15 includes a protrusion portion 15ba having a start end at a position out of a projection region of a suction port 14b and at a predetermined distance inner diameter side from a tip 15be of a blade part 15b, and extending into the projection region of the suction port 14b on a positive pressure face P.
