PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a control system for a vehicle in which a plurality of electronic control devices have traveling state information together and when the one electronic control device is failed, the information can be taken out from the other electronic control device for storing the information. SOLUTION: In the control system for the vehicle provided with a plurality of electronic control devices connectable to an on-vehicle network, any of the plurality of electronic control devices can store the traveling state information such as failure determination data and airbag deployment information, the traveling state information stored by the respective electronic control devices themselves is outputted onto LAN respectively. The traveling state information stored in the one electronic control device of the plurality of electronic control devices outputted onto the LAN is successively and cyclically provided in a storing means stored by the following electronic control device.
