PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a marine door satisfying countermeasure for a pirate and countermeasure at emergency, and a marine door provided with it. SOLUTION: The locking device for the hinge type marine door for the vessel has a fitting body provided separately from a locking member for locking/unlocking of the marine door by a coaxial handle from the inside/outside of a hull and directly engaged with the marine door by a pair of or a plurality of pairs of bolts/nuts fixed/stood on a standing up part; and a reversal type fastener rotated by 180°making a hinge shaft provided on a leg part of the fitting body perpendicularly and continuously contacted with the standing up part of the fitting body as a center to enable locking/unlocking of the marine door only from the inside of the hull. The locking device is provided with an engagement means for certainly retaining the locking/unlocking state of the reversal type fastener. The locking device for the vessel having a fastening/relaxing means provided with a specific polygonal nut in which one or a plurality of bolts/nuts are only fastened/relaxed by a specific tool, and the marine door provided with it are provided.
