PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part mounting method to a panel capable of automatically and certainly performing fastening of a part to the panel using a part clamping unit and a fastener. SOLUTION: When the part C is fastened to one side surface 7 of a panel Da by thread-fitting a mounting bolt 13 penetrating through a bolt hole 2 of the panel Da to a screw hole 9 of the part C from the other side surface 8 side of the panel Da, a first step for penetrating the mounting bolt 13 retained to the fastener 21 through the bolt hole 2 to an intermediate part in the axial direction, a second step for elastically supporting the part C on a part clamping unit 29 and abutting an opening of the screw hole 9 of the part C to a distal end of the mounting bolt 13, and a third step for thread-engaging and fastening the mounting bolt 13 to the screw hole 9 by normal rotation operation of the fastener 21 while maintaining the pressing state of the mounting bolt 13 and the part C are performed.
