PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facing sheet which without spoiling texture and brightness of a sliced veneer, has visually both depth feeling and uneven feeling as a design, and is excellent in antifouling property and wear resistance, and to provide a decorative plate using the facing sheet. SOLUTION: In the facing sheet, one face of the sliced veneer is provided with a pattern-like low luster printed layer, and thereafter a propylene sheet layer provided with a surface protective layer is laminated on the whole face of the one face so that the surface protective layer is exposed on the surface, wherein the surface protective layer comprises a curable resin.
