PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter with an indicator comprising a filter main body in a part of which an indicator part can have a high size precision and high surface flatness and by causing no unevenness in partial ventilation inhibition in the entire surface and which has a good appearance immediately before starting the use, a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the filter. SOLUTION: Since a fusible film F made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin is thermally stuck to a part of a filter main body 12, an indicator part 13 can have a high size precision and high surface flatness in the part of the filter main body 12. Accordingly, no unevenness occurs in partial ventilation inhibition in the entire face of the indicator part 13 and the good appearance of the filter main body 12 is kept immediately after starting of the use.
