PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush bristle which provides texture of animal bristle and consists of monofilament made of a synthetic resin, its manufacturing method, and a brushware. SOLUTION: Irregular waved shape is given to the synthetic resin monofilament in the direction of fiber axis by heat-treating the traveling synthetic resin monofilament at an overfeed rate of 12-50% and at a temperature of 180-210°C.
