A cushion member for swimming goggles and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to achieve good wearing feelings by forming a cushion portion of an air tube structure on a cushion member. The inner side of a frame that encloses lens(10) is connected to a connection member and is coupled to the rear frame of a couple of lens frames(40). A hand band(30) is installed on the outer side of the lens frame. A coupling portion that is coupled to a mounting portion of the lens frame is formed on one side of the frame. A cushion portion that is adhered to a user's face is included on the other side of the frame. A space is formed inside a cushion portion of the cushion member, and the outer circumference of the cushion portion has an air tube structure.
