摘要 FIELD: automatic test equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves conversion of analogue signals from impurity particles into rectangular pulses with constant amplitude, and determination of the duration of the pulses from impurity particles and duration of the interval between passages of particles. The series of rectangular pulses from particles and the interval between passages of particles are divided into two channels. In one of the channels there are only pulses from particles, and in the other, there are only intervals. The duration of pulses from particles and the duration of intervals are converted into voltage, applied to a microcontroller, determining the ratio of the values of the voltages, to which are assigned an index of pollution, displayed by an indicator. The microcontroller automatically determines the channel for processing signals depending on concentration. The chosen pulse amplitude corresponds to the amplitude of particles with size of 5 microns. The device consists of serially connected photodetector, amplifier, a threshold device, pulse shaper, dual-channel integrator, as well as an indicator and a microcontroller. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of measurements and simplification of the device. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
