The inventive centrifugal positive-displacement dynamic machine consists of a sealed body comprising inlet and outlet holes, partially or entirely filled with a fluid and provided with a bladed wheel, which is incorporated therein in such a way that it is rotatable and is embodied in the form of a rotor provided with radial channels, wherein the input openings of the channels are embodied on the side of the wheel axis and the output openings are embodied along the circumference of the rotor. Said machine is characterised in that it also comprises splitters, which are jointed with a calibrated gap to the bladed wheel along the periphery thereof, and a distributer, which is placed in the body on the side of the central part of said bladed wheel, wherein the distributer and splitters are mounted in such a way that they make it possible to periodically and simultaneously close the input and output openings of at least three channels of the bladed wheel, during the rotation thereof, and divide the body into at least three delivery cavities which are interconnected by means of connecting pipelines and inlet and outlet pipelines, wherein at least one connecting pipeline can comprise heat exchangers and a separator which is embodied, for example, in the form of a sealed container, is partially filled with a fluid and is provided with a discharge gas pipeline embodied in the top part thereof.
