<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault diagnosis apparatus, a fault diagnosis system and a fault diagnosis program which can maintain diagnostic accuracy by a small calculation amount. <P>SOLUTION: The fault diagnosis apparatus is provided with: a probability registration means for registering a fault probability which is a probability of generating a fault cause in a component constituting an electronic circuit device and a conditional fault probability which is a probability of generating another fault cause in another component under a condition that the fault cause is generated in the component in a storage part; a change means for changing the probabilities to be duplicated after duplicating the fault probability of the component and the conditional fault probability of the other component to which a condition of the component is imposed; and a diagnostic means for performing fault diagnosis by using a model relating the probability changed by the change means, the fault cause generated in the component and a trouble induced by the fault cause by a causal relationship. In this configuration, no contradiction is generated between the fault probability of a certain component and the conditional fault probability of the other component of which the value is changed due to a change in the fault probability of the certain component and an advance probability before the change can be duplicated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
