ELECTROMAGNETIC DISPLACEMENT CONTROL VALVE IN CLUTCHLESS VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT TYPE COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutchless variable displacement type compressor which prevents an inclination angle of a swash plate from varying due to the vibration of an valve element at the time of no energization to an electromagnetic displacement control valve even though an valve element of the electromagnetic displacement control valve is vibrated.

SOLUTION: A valve hole 40 formed at a valve housing 38 composing an electromagnetic displacement control valve 32 is opened and closed by an valve element 371 integrally formed with a transmission rod 37. The transmission rod 37 is coupled to a movable iron core 36 constituting an electromagnetic drive means 33. A buffer spring 48 is interposed between the movable iron core 36 and the bottom wall 471 of a vessel 47 for accommodating the movable iron core 36, and biases the movable iron core 36 in the direction of approaching a fixed iron core 34.
