<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating sheet capable of restricting deterioration of the heat insulating effect of the heat insulating sheet. <P>SOLUTION: This heat insulating sheet 1 comprises a vacuum heat insulating material indivisual chamber sheet 2 formed of a flexible metal laminated film, which has a plurality of vacuum heat insulating material individual chambers 4 respectively housing a vacuum heat insulating material 4a and which is formed with a plurality of through-holes 5 in the periphery thereof, in the surface thereof, and a gas accumulating individual chamber sheet 3 formed of a flexible heat insulating film, which has a plurality of gas accumulating indivisual chambers 7 housing the gas 7a in the surface thereof.
