<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems in conventional dehumidifiers wherein sound pressure of wind noise generated by operation of a fan motor during operation is high, causing noise in a status requiring quietness when persons are present near the dehumidifier, and consumption of power by operation of a regeneration heater is high from the save-energy view point. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier is provided with a body 1 of the dehumidifier; an illuminance sensor 6 detecting illuminance of the surrounding of the body 1 of the dehumidifier; a control device 21 having a timer function optionally setting the control time; and the fun motor 20 controlled by the control device 21. The control device 21 is composed to have a function controlling operation or stopping of the humidifier by detection results of the illuminance sensor 6 and the timer function. By stopping the operation after an optional time when the surrounding of the dehumidifier body is dark when the light in the room is turned off, noise can be prevented, and energy-saving operation can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
