<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional home health care system wherein a health terminal device is connected to a management server without a security inspection of viral contamination or the like or determination on connection from a malicious person or not, and in consequence, the management server may be virally infected or captured if connection to the management server is made from the virally contaminated health terminal device or from the malicious person. <P>SOLUTION: In this home health care system, a health management terminal is connected first to an inspection server by a layer 2 switch prior to being connected to the management server, and connected to the management server after confirming that there is no problem by performing security check and determination on regular connection.
