<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a row-type house development support system, capable of easily performing examination or determination for whether to promote development of a row-type house. <P>SOLUTION: The row-type house includes a plurality of houses A, B, C, D arranged continuously, and outdoor staircases SA, SB, SC and SD, which are connecting structures disposed each between adjacent houses. An adaptability determination part of the row-type house development support system determines, when the floor area ratio of a land is a predetermined upper floor area ratio or less, and the ratio of the area of a necessary road to the area of the land is a predetermined lower limit ratio or more, that the land concerned is suitable for a site for row-type house. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
