<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it is necessary to provide identical number of detectors as the number of specimens in conventional detectors, and a system tends to become complex. <P>SOLUTION: A detector, having a smaller number of electromagnetic wave detectors than the number of specimens, can be provided by providing a plurality of electromagnetic wave transmission passages that differ in the propagation delay times and the connection transmission passage for connecting a plurality of the electromagnetic wave transmission passages, and detecting them by the same electromagnetic wave detection part.
