<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device which comprises a shading member for suppressing a ghost, a line head for forming a good spot, and a small deterioration of image quality using it. <P>SOLUTION: Since a recess part 2977 is formed on the inner surface 2970 of a light guiding hole 2971 of the shading member 297, when an optical beam emitted from a light emitting element 2951 enters the recess part 2977, the optical beam is reflected in the recess part 2977, and a reflecting amount can be attenuated in response to a reflection factor at each reflection time.
