PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately switch sound according to the switching of an image even if a certain device is irreproducible from the mid of the sound. SOLUTION: This sound control device is provided with: sound source data storage parts 4052 provided for each of a plurality of channels for storing sound source data; a reproduction start part 4053 allowing each of them to read out the sound source data corresponding to the plurality of channels in reproducing the sound and simultaneously starting the reproduction of sound signals corresponding to the respective sound data; a sound production channel specification part 4051 specifying a channel, or a sound production object; a volume setting part 4054 setting the volume of the channel, or the sound production object, to a first volume and at the same time setting the volumes of the other channels to a second volume; and a sound composition part 4055 for composing sound signals corresponding to the plurality of channels: wherein the channel, or the sound production object, is constituted to be changeable corresponding to a switch operation during a reproduction period.
