PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomaly detection system collecting moving images of respective monitoring places and distributing them to corresponding customers without installing a non-versatile device in each monitoring place. SOLUTION: The anomaly detection server 30 receiving a moving image created by a camera 10 in detecting an anomaly reports the anomaly to a cellular phone 60 of a customer related to the moving image, and processes the moving image to upload it to a WWW server 50. Since a URL of the upload destination is included in the report of detection of the anomaly, the anomaly can be properly detected for the customer related to the anomaly detection, while an image in detecting the anomaly can be checked on the cellular pone 60 by accessing a linked site included in the anomaly detection report via the cellular phone 60.
