摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower disposition sensitivity and the surface-precision sensitivity of optical components, to reduce the overall system in size, and to produce high-quality images at higher speed. SOLUTION: An optical scanning device comprises: an input optical system to enter a light flux emitted from a light source means into a deflecting means; an imaging optical system having an imaging optical element of transmission type to image a light flux scanningly deflected on a surface to be scanned; and at least one reflection type optical element between an imaging optical element and the scanned surface; wherein the light flux scanningly deflected passes through at least one imaging optical element of transmission type in an order from the first transmission surface to the second transmission surface of transmission type, and, after being reflected by the reflection type optical element, the light flux passes again through in an order from the second transmission surface of imaging optical element of transmission type to the first transmission surface of transmission type, wherein an on-axis combined powerϕin a main-scan cross-section of transmission type imaging optical element through which the light beam passes again, and an on-axis combined powerϕM in a main-scan cross-section of reflection type optical element satisfy a condition ¾ϕM/ϕ¾<0.1.
