PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck frame of a construction machine which prevents an impact given to a cover from being transmitted in a concentrated manner to a seat screw for fixing the cover to a flange. SOLUTION: A cover 40 and a flange 32 are fixed by six seat screws provided on an inner surface of a flange 32, six screw passing parts formed in an edge of a cover body 41, and six male screw members 59-64 respectively passed through the screw passing parts and screwed to the six seat screws. In this condition, ends 44a, 45a of ribs 44, 45 projecting from a front edge of the cover body 41 are abutted on an end face 33a of a front flange member 33 forming a component of the flange 32, and an edge 43a of a convex curve shape of a rear part 43 of the cover body 41 is abutted on an end face 35a of a rear flange member 36 forming a component of the flange 32.
